Orders aren’t officially confirmed until you get a written acceptance from us—so until you see that, your order isn’t set.

 

When you buy from our store, you agree that your order might ship straight from our designated fulfillment centers. Orders are only officially confirmed once we send a written acceptance. Until then, it’s not locked in.If we suspect you’re buying with malicious intent, we reserve the right to cancel your order. Same goes if we find out you're planning to resell or retail our products without approval. If you’re interested in retailing or reselling, we can work with you as a commercial customer—just reach out to us directly. You'll get different pricing and terms.

Pricing and Payment

 

  • Our catalog shows current prices. If any prices change before your order ships, we’ll let you know by email. If you don’t reply to the price change, we’ll cancel your order and refund your money.

  • All product prices include taxes. Shipping, extra packaging, or gift wrapping costs are added.

  • For payment, we accept all major cards—Mastercard, Visa, debit cards—and PayPal, so you can pay easily online.

  • We expect you to provide your correct name, address, phone numbers and email id to reach you quickly.

 

 

Payment Policies and Charges

 

  • If we don’t get your payment within the time we mentioned, we can cancel your order.

  • If you pay late, we’ll add interest—3% per year, calculated daily—starting from the deadline until you pay in full.

  • We charge a fee each time a cheque bounces or a credit card payment fails.

  • If your bank or payment method takes longer to clear than expected, your order might be delayed. That means you could get your products later than we originally promised.

  • We sometimes ask a third-party service to check your credit and help prevent fraud. There’s been a rise in fraud lately, and it hurts everyone.

  • Your personal information is safe with us. We keep it encrypted and protected under the Data Protection Act of 1998.

 

Return Policy

  • If you find any defect in the goods, just send them back within 14 days as long as the original packaging is still intact.

  • Not happy with your order? No problem—return it within seven days, but make sure it’s in the same condition as when you got it.

  • Custom-made items can’t be returned. These are made specifically for you, so returns aren’t possible.

 

Delivery Of Goods

 

  • We always get your goods to you on time. Once you confirm your order, we’ll share the expected delivery date. If your order arrives early, you’ll hear from us—by SMS, call, or email. Same goes if there’s an unexpected delay; our customer support team will keep you in the loop.

  • One thing you should know: The company isn’t responsible for any loss during transit, financial or otherwise.

  • Don’t push for a delivery date unless you have written proof of the schedule. That’s the only way we’ll commit to a specific time.

  • When your delivery arrives, please make sure you’re there. If you miss it, the goods go back to the courier agency and stay with them for 36 hours. After that, they’re returned to us.

  • If the goods need storage or insurance, we reserve the right to charge for any interest or additional costs.

  • Now, if for any reason we don’t deliver the right product on time, we take responsibility. We’ll offer you a similar item at the same price, but only after you approve it.

 

  • Unless you give us a different delivery address, we’ll ship to your cardholder’s registered address.

  • Every order needs your correct address, phone number, and email. It’s mandatory—so double-check before you hit confirm.

General

 

  • We only operate in English.

  • During sales, voucher codes aren’t valid unless we specifically say so.

  • Any specs, drawings, weights, measurements, or performance details in the catalogue are just estimates.

  • All pictures, images, photos, and descriptions in our catalogue and website belong to shoppingtocart. We hold the copyright.

  • If you use our specifications without permission, we’ll take legal action.

  • Promo codes don’t stack with other offers unless we say otherwise. We can withdraw any promotion code whenever we want, without warning.
